so I am still on track, Though i didnt go to the gym today. i did have some cleaning to do at one of my stores today so i was working a bit of a sweat up. i plan on going to the gym both tomorrow and Saturday so i think i'm ok. if i do i will be going 5 days, so that is good. eating has been better too. i am eating a good breakfast, doing well with Lunches so far, and making dinner plans and getting more good healthy recipes. i just had a salad after work today since i am eating later so Justin can go to the gym. it works. keep on trucking!
