day two


So i joined the gym...finally. yesterday I was on the treadmill for 40 minutes, not bad for the first day I guess. I wanted to do 45 but started to get a cramp in my thigh...I'm such a damn wuss. i did do some stomach exercises, and lasted on the elliptical for 5 minutes.
went grocery shopping, wanted to grab some healthy foods. got a couple but had trouble finding good fresh fruits. I'll have to try another store today. i also need to get some good healthy recipes we all will like.
its good to be sore. its good to be tired.
went to the gym today too, did 30 minutes on treadmill, and some arm machines.
my goals:
go to the gym 4 times a week
eat better, cutting down on fast food, pop, and cooking better recipes.
i need to get new tennis shoes.
keep buying the 100 calorie pack stuff:) ice cream, snacks and such!
i need to get Justin's blender home from his work
i need to stop cooking like my mother...fried, chicken and pork shops are no longer on my menu on a weekly basis anyways.
keep up on this blog so i can measure my success!
