So here is my favorite moments of summer, 2009!
1. Having Emma!
2. not waking up to an alarm clock for 8 weeks
3. having Justin home all summer (yes it sucks he doesn't have a job, but I love that we had this time together with our girls this summer)
4. Emma's first smile
5. going to the Zoo (though Emma didn't like it yet, Erica fed the Giraffes and had a ball)
6. watching Erica make Emma smile, and seeing the bond between them grow every day.
7. My 3 trips to IKEA, and finally getting Justin to go with me!
8. Ice Cream!
9. Erica playing softball, though it was so hard being on the other side of the fence for the first time!
10. Erica learning how to mow the lawn and being so proud of herself
11. going to a Tigers game
12. taking a million pictures of my girls
13. Erica going to camp and having a great time
14. The Woodward Cruise!
15. camping in Grindstone with family
16. Uncle Bill and Aunt Marsha's smoked Ribs...MMMMmmmmmmm
17. Emma's first laugh
18. taking a ton of video's of the girls playing and talking.
19. going through Emma's clothes as she grows out of them, and into the next size!
20. hearing Emma jabbering as I am writing this:)
21. growing closer in our new family unit, and loving every minute of it:)
22. looking forward to more family fun for years to come!

How nice...it's great to reflect! I feel my summer was a whirlwind of Home Depot and projects...I think the boys got a tad bit lost in the mix. Now it's fall, schools in and it's Mom and Sam time five days a week. I'm glad your happy Rhonda. So many families aren't and don't spend time together anymore! I hope I'll be happy again someday!
I love that Erica mowed the lawn! I'm sure it was cool to have Justin home, I always enjoyed having Joe laid off(minus the financial strain of course.) And your little one is a sweetie...how nice that you enjoy her so very much!
