This is crazy, and man in Tennessee has father 21 kids, with 11 different mothers, and is only 29 years old. Their ages range from 11 months to 11 years.
tax dollars at work...who the heck can afford that many kids, on a minimum wage job and they can only take 50% of his pay for them...damn crazy!
