Weekly weigh in...#5




So I stayed the same this week. I did not plan out meals and didn't eat very well this week, so no surprise.
I did get my Rollerblades on for the first time in a long time and skated and shot a puck around with Erica. I have been so scared to, since being so heavy, that I haven't roller bladed in so long. I really wish I hadn't waited so long, because it was great. I am so afraid of falling, but once I got out there and skated, I felt really comfortable and Erica was even impressed. I used to skate so much, and loved it! played roller hockey (way back before Erica and then a bit after) there were some women's drop in nights that I used to do and LOVED! My legs hurt like hell the next 3 days but hey it was worth it.

as for my eating habits...I have kicked the snacking and watching TV habit...and the 8 glasses of water is a breeze now, so I know if I keep up at the gym and plan my meals I think I'm golden..I can do this:)

When I am done breastfeeding and if my boobs will fit in a bra...then I will begin working out!!

Hey YOU...I love ICE skating and for some reason they think if your a BIG girl that you can't do it...it's a lie. But yeah if I fell that would be a friggen SIGHT to behold. Well...I drink the water..and I walk, but chips are a BAD habit...damn...I think I'll always be THE BIG A!
