Some of my favorite recipes

Fried Chicken

Chicken (whatever quantity you need)
cup of Flour
All Season or Lawry's seasoning

I pre-heat my electric skillet to 350 degrees (about 10 minutes) with 1/4 inch of vegetable oil
Rinse all the chicken and dip in a bowl of flour (cover everything)
gently place in hot oil and cover
flip after 12 minutes or until golden brown
season to taste

Fried Pork Chops
same as Chicken above:)

Hamburger Pie (AKA Shepard's pie)
Brown your hamburger meat
make enough mashed potatoes to cover a cake pan x2
put mashed potatoes on bottom of cake pan
add browned hamburger meat
add a can of corn, peas, or green beans (corn is our favorite)
add another layer of mashed potatoes

cook in oven for 20 minutes at 350 degrees

(another version of this I have done in my electric skillet, and it turns the potatoes a little crispy:)

I usually just get whatever is on sale, legs and breasts, or thighs or a mixture of all... and for Spices Lawry's seasoning is good and so is McCormicks all season. I use those on just about everything:)

Mmm.... finally the secret is shared online. How many potatoes would you say making that much mashed potatos takes? Only made mashed potatoes a few times in my life.
