So I'm a little late in posting this one but hey...better late than never. I am so addicted to my DVR, how the heck did we ever live without it? I also would rather DVR everything so I never have to watch commercials again! lol it would be such a time saver, right?
this is how my TV watching schedule goes for the week, with all my favorite shows:
Monday night:
Trauma-I like medical drama's what can I say, this one is based mostly on EMS workers, and they have a helicopter guy too. Derek Luke is the most recognizable character, for me anyways, and the story line is decent enough to keep my watching the last 4 weeks.

Tuesday night:
Biggest loser- always a fan, so glad Daniel is back, and I liked that it started out where everyone was on the same team and working with both trainers. I don't like Tracey AT ALL! she is the devil and they should have gotten rid of her when they had the chance. I'm rooting for Shay, Liz and Amanda...GO GIRLS!!
90210- I have 2 episodes to catch up on and I could probably drop this one, its getting predictable, but I still watch...esp now since Dixon knocked up his girlfriend.
Dirty Jobs-what can I say, I love Mike Rowe. Some of those jobs he does, are absolutely crazy. Erica got me addicted to this, and it never gets old!
Wednesday night:

Wednesday night:
Modern Family-this show is the funniest show I have seen in a while, and I think the best new show this year. Ed O'Neill is his usual self and the one big name on the show, Julie Bowen plays his daughter and she has been on alot of shows. This show is my favorite new show this year, just keeps me laughing!
Cougar town- Courtney Cox is in this one, and oh man...this one keeps me laughing too.I love how she embarrasses her teenage son, and the weird relationship with her ex is even funny. Good stuff!
Thursday:
Survivor-I can't believe its on its 18th season! and I can't get enough, there is always a new twist or game situation, people dropping like flies with injury's. This year there was a guy who passed out during a challenge and Jeff Probst said, in the 18 seasons he has done this show, he has never been so scared.
Grey's Anatomy-the premier was kinda boring this year, the first hour and 45 minutes sucked...and then it pulls out a shocker in the last 15... since then it has picked up a bit and become interesting. I hope it continues.
CSI-With the addition to Laurence Fishburn to the show, it has a new dynamic with introducing him and bringing more of his history up, to learn more about it. I love that Sara Sidle is back, I hope for a while, I never understood why she left the show in the first place, and I like that Nick is a supervisor, Catherine can use the help. I love this show, and always will, love the detective, figure it our story line every week. I can't get enough.
Private Practice-WAAAAY too much going on right now to miss an episode, last season ended with Violet on floor bleeding to death, her baby cut from her from a lunatic patient who lost a baby. The first few episodes of this season has dealt with so much going on with Violets recovery, and not bonding with the baby, and then giving the baby to Pete! and this past week's episode, when Violet realized this didn't just happen to her, it happened to her baby, and to Pete, and Cooper, and everyone else is affected some how, because they have a different Violet, and different relationship with her because of what happened. I am really pulling for the happy ending with Pete and Violet...and hope it happens.
Friday and Saturday is catch up on the DVR day!!! In case I missed anything during the week:)
Sunday:
Desperate housewives: With the new family in the neighborhood, there is some new things happening. I think the Bree/Carl hook-up is crazy, and just very weird and out of character for Bree. The Gabby and John reunion was fun to watch, especially with her niece checking John out. Watching Katherine losing her mind over Mike is a bit strange and odd, and where has MJ gone? he hasn't hardly been in any episodes since Mike and Susan got remarried...so he disappears??? kinda weird. I'm getting sick of the dumb desperate housewives like commercials too, who is doing them ? verizon I think...
Brothers and Sisters- Kitty has cancer, Justin is getting married AND going through Medical school, Kevin and Scotty are looking into adoption, Tommy is still missing in action....but coming back soon...oh and Sarah....OMG Sarah brought home a hunk from Paris...Hello Mr Hot stuff. alot going on and keep up on, but its still one of my favorites I can't miss.
Californication-This is one crazy show. Its on showtime, only a half hour long, and is the most perverted show I have ever seen. David Duchovny is the lead guy, and I see why he was in Sex addiction rehab and is separated from his wife Tea Leoni. this show probably put him over the edge. It is raunchy, and gross at times, and just crazy...Justin started watching it and now I'm addicted...I wanna see him get caught, just by one of these skanks...and see some fireworks. Crazy, I say, just Crazy!
so what are some of your favorite shows?

I can't stand that Tracey lady on Biggest Loser. She is the devil. She needed to go a loooong time ago!
I love the hunk on Brothers & Sisters!!
We at the new fansite of Modern Family loved the first episode and invite everyone to our fansite.
I hear the dvr is great, I just can't afford any extra's right now at all. So I'm not faithful to any shows anymore. If I happen to run into them, then I'm happy. It sucks though. When I miss the finale of something I want to cry. I am lame I know! I will get a dvr someday. What I do for now during commercials is, go pee, get water, run downstairs, put some things in the file cabinet. Anything to not sit and waste the time! I heard that if you walk during each commercial then you walk 20 minutes during an hour show. So there's another option...but I guess you don't have to worry about that!:)
Just to bring you up to date on Duchovny. He is back with his wife and doing wonderful. The show had nothing to do with his sexual addiction. He said doing those scenes are as far from sexy as can be. That said Californication is a teriffic series. I love it.
