Its been a month?!?!?!?! time is FLYING!

So my Emma is a month old already! wow time is just flying by. She is getting to be so alert all day, and sleeping very nicely at night! She slept 7 hours last night and 5 and 6 hours at a time when we were up north camping. I hope this continues when I go back to work:) She is such a sweetie and we are having so much fun with her. She is looking at us now when we talk and following our voices if we are behind her or on the side she moves her head to look at us. She also is getting some belly time since she is holding her head up more and more. its funny though, she gave herself 2 more hickey's on her arms from being on her belly and sucking on her arms. such a goofy girl, its going to be funny explaining that to the Doc! We go to the doctor today and I'm thinking she weighs about 8 1/2 pounds, I'll update later...but she definitely had gotten longer and bigger! Still no verdict on her eyes...some days they look blue and sometimes they look brown...
***UPDATE---Emma weighs 8lbs 14oz! she's gained 1 lb 4oz in 2 weeks:)***

Erica's birthday is Friday, and we were planning on taking her to a movie, without Emma of coarse.Just to give her some alone time with me and Dad. but she didn't want to, she wants to spend it with her little sister, and we were trying to come up with ideas of things Emma can do with us and I think we settled on the Zoo. Erica is such a sweetie, I'm not too surprised she gave up a day with just me and Justin to include her little sister.


Camping was so relaxing, it was a bit cold and rained off and on Wednesday and Thursday, but the rest of the time the weather was great! I got my naps in almost everyday, ate good food, and spent time with the family. what else can I ask for.
