Snow Day!

So it snowed a bit today...like aaaahhh 7 inches or so! I went back to bed when the news said Erica didn't have any school. Then I started cleaning a bit (that got old quick!) and then started to make cookies... Erica was in and out of the house all day, playing in the snow and came in and baked when she needed warming up. I was supposed to go into work but got the car stuck twice in the driveway, Erica tried to shovel us out, and I picked up the shovel for a couple minutes, but I wasn't going to chance anything, the malls were slow, and I talked to all my managers, then called the boss and told him I'm staying home today. Erica got a good picture of her Dad shoveling snow, its rare thing...I love shoveling snow and its usually my job!

We made no bake dream cookies, Peanut butter cookies, Chocolate Chip, and Sugar cookies. I also melted some chocolate and dipped some pretzel rods. This will be the first batch of cookies I make in the next week. All the ones I made today are all packed and going out to my stores this weekend. I have made cookies for all my stores, every Christmas for years. Its a sure fire way to get them hopped up on sugar, singing Christmas songs, and selling a ton of Pretzels on the busiest weekend of the year.

I am planning on racking up a ton of miles this weekend seeing all 7 of my stores in the next 2 days, and then being at the busiest stores on Monday and Tuesday. Wednesday, we'll be baking more for the family stuff:) Tis the season!

So we are throwing baby names around...Justin says we don't need a girls name, but I like to be ready just in case:) We've had a boys name picked out since the very first time we even talked about having kids...(named after his Grandpa Harris) so we need a girls name...so go vote for a girls name in my new poll!! And Remember...Erica is named after a hockey player:)
