Weekly weigh in #4



I am down 2 more pounds this week. Making it 5 pounds for the month. A slow start, but at least its a start.



Things I've been sticking to:

  • Drinking water, its amazing how thirsty I am when I don't drink as much as I should. I can feel it, and have been drinking as much water as possible each day.

  • Drinking less pop, I'm down to one a day when I am working, it rough having free all you can drink pop and slush! no pop at home though!

  • Not eating after 7pm, I have my popcorn once a week, not every night.

  • planning meals and eating less fast food, I'm doing good with lunches, better for dinners.

Things to still work on:


  • Getting to the Gym, once or twice a week needs to turn into 3 or 4

  • No pop

  • No fast food

  • Sticking to my plan and not getting discouraged!

You rock...I need to start straightening up. I am beginning to think that my stomach is a flabby doughnut...it is actually looking yummy! Damn kids...look what they do to you....lol
