
So I think something weird is going on but I'm NOT going to complain:)
I lost another 2 pounds last week!
I didn't get to the gym at all
I had fast food 2x
I went out to lunch with one of my managers and had a burger and fries
I went out to dinner with my family and had a burger and fries...(yes, I LOVE burgers)
I kept up with my water goal
I kept up with my nightly snacking strike
I made my lunch 5 days last week
I kept my rule of drinking one 22oz water before I drink pop or slush at work (most the time I don't get to my pop:)
I ate good cereal for Breakfast everyday but Saturday
(Bagels for the Nagles at early morning hockey game)
Next week is Thanksgiving...I think with what I have been doing lately I have shrunk the amount of food I can eat. When I had my burgers last week, I only ate half. I feel fuller with less food, I think because of the water I drink all day and the Oatmeal breakfasts really fill me up also.
So if I can keep this up...I might be able to be down 15 by the New Year...just gotta stay focused and stick with the plan...its all in the water!

I swear I am joining weight watchers and getting back to working out in January...right now I am still trying to get sleep and walk around my house!
