
So I am down 2 pounds this week, I'm a little disappointed but at least its a start.I was so sore all week, it was really hard to keep going. But I am going to. I went to the gym 3 times last week, played Hockey with Erica for an hour and a half, worked out with my exercise ball and medicine ball, and went on a bike ride yesterday. (what a beautiful day yesterday!)
my gym routine
1/2 hour of cardio (bike)
1/2 hour of weights 3 machines, 3 reps of 30
my accomplishments this week:
drank less pop, more water
not eating after 8pm (love my popcorn)
planning meals/cooked dinner 5/7 days
more sandwiches for lunch, less fast food
keep moving...
Need to work on:
no pop
no fast food
panning meals/counting calories/measuring portions
getting to the gym 5 days
keep moving...
here goes another week:O)

Yeah Rhonda! You are starting off so great. I know how hard it is and I will be right there with you in a couple of months. Keep it up! I am so proud of you!
