fell off the wagon again with 2 straigt weeks of staying the same. went grocery shopping and loaded up on the healthy food and snacks again, cut back on the pop...AGIAN, and am cooking everynight AGAIN. Buffalo Wild Wings are my weekness. I NEED to stay away!! feeling good with going to the gym the last 2 days in a row and have posted SIGNS around my house with these words:
GYM 4 HOURS A WEEK (CARDIO)
WEIGHT TRAINING 1 HOUR A WEEK
EAT GUM AFTER 8PM
DRINK WATER...NO POP
GOOD SNACKS...COOK GOOD DINNERS!
